Our apartment has a maximum occupancy of 4 people, including children. There is the possibility of adding a cot with a good mattress for children up to 15 kg, rental € 5, – per day or €25,- per week (for hygiene reasons bring your own sheets and blankets 1.20×0.60m).
Only the number of people indicated at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the apartment.
Day or night visitors must be informed and approved by us.
If you invite extra people to stay and do not exceed the maximum occupancy (4 people), after consultation and our approval, there are additional costs of € 15,- per person per day.
Prices: depending on the season, we have different prices, please contact us for the current price.
Prices include cleaning costs, gas/water/electricity and use of linen.
For a small fee of €5,- and the price of the groceries we can ensure that the fridge is filled on the day of arrival. We would like to receive a shopping list 2 days before the day of arrival. The value of the shopping list and the respective fee must be paid at the time of check-in.
We ask €100,- deposit in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The refund will be made during check-out after inspection of the apartment.
Cancellation: We don’t have a strict cancellation policy, things can always happen that the guest has no influence on. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange replacement guests for your dates.
However, in case of no-show without prior notice, we will charge the total amount of the reservation plus extra cleaning costs of €25,-.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, we will charge the days between the intended arrival date and the arrival date of the substitute guests, plus extra cleaning costs of €25,-
Misconduct and Destruction: Misconduct, intentional destruction or non-compliance with rental rules can lead to immediate termination of the vacation rental agreement and eviction from the apartment. We will also contact the police.
Payment options: Mbway, PayPal, bank transaction or cash on the day of arrival.
Rules are never fun, but we ask you to respect them, so we’ll all have a good holiday!
Apartment conditions:
Check-in: Between 16:00 and 20:00h.
Check-out: Until 10:00h.
Everything must be arranged before departure time. Make sure everything you have used in the kitchen is clean and dry in the cupboards.
Clean the barbecue, all appliances and kitchen utensils you used.Take the rubbish to the rubbish bin on the street. If this is not done, we unfortunately have to deduct €25,- of cleaning costs from your deposit.
Smokers:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
It is important to be careful when smoking outside, a fire can quickly be caused.
Pets:
Are not allowed.
Children:
Parents of children should be aware of all the dangers and also be careful inside and outside the apartment.
Parties:
Parties/events are not allowed.
This apartment also does not allow bachelor parties or similar parties.
Calm period:
Between 23:00h and 08:00h.
Garden and outdoors:
Do not throw garbage on the floor (cigarettes, plastics, papers, or any other type of garbage).
It is not allowed to damage trees and flowers in the garden.
Bathroom:
Only toilet paper is allowed in the toilet.
Do not put chemicals in the sink or toilet.
Good to know:
-We are not responsible for any accident/illness or damage during your stay, regardless of how it occurs.
-Use of all materials and facilities is at your own risk.
-Damage caused to our property or misuse must be paid for.
-A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival in cash. Your security deposit will be refunded in full in cash, following an inspection of the accommodation during check-out. In case of damage/missing items, an amount will be deducted from the deposit.
Pool Rules:
There is no professional supervision available.
To ensure water quality, do not use oil-based sunscreen.
Allow the cream to dry for at least 30 minutes before entering the water, otherwise the cream will not provide good protection.
We ask that you respect the following rules for your own safety:
- Do not dive, walk or jump from the edge of the pool (the pool is no more than 1.20 meters deep).
- No wild/aggressive games are allowed in the pool.
- Do not use sharp objects in the pool. Only use objects indicated for use in the pool.
- Hiking, climbing and standing on the large rocks next to the pool are not allowed.
- No smoking, drinking or eating in the pool.
- Please note that not much water runs over the edge, the pool pump is connected to electricity.
Children without a swimming diploma or children under 12 years old cannot be left alone in the pool area.
-Parents must be present whenever their children are in the pool.
-Parents must guide them in the pool area.
Enjoy the garden and vegetable garden;
You must wear recommended footwear, and any damage caused will be your own responsibility.
